Why Uttarakhand Need Inner Line Permit System

First Of All, Let me Tell you about Inner Line Permit System. It is a permit system which the central or state government can apply on any part of the country or state. In this system every person going to that part which is under ILP(Inner Line Permit) needs a permit to enter that part.
A person gets a permit to enter these protected parts for a short period of time. This is beneficial for the local environment of that part. Because nobody can distroy the protected areas after this rule.

Uttarakhand is very beautiful state and its population is around 1.20 crore and more than 3 crore people go to Uttarakhand every year. When the large about of people go to Uttarakhand, they use local resources and travel here. They spread dirt here and their in Uttarakhand and do not take responsibility. People go to snowcovered mountains of Uttarakhand and through garbase like polithine, alcohol bottols here and their.

Uttarakhand is becomming poluted state. It needs to be like Himachal Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh because Uttarakhand is also a Himalyan state like Arunachal and Himachal. Arunachal Pradesh have Inner Line Permit System and Uttarakhand also needs it.

The second largest mountain range of India that is Nanda Devi is in Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand is the source of Two largest rivers Ganga and Yamuna. These rivers feeds more than 70 crore peoples of India. So if these rivers starts getting poluted from its source Uttarakhand. Other state people will also not get fresh and pure water.

More than 60% area of Uttarakhand is covered with jungle and snow if population grows in Uttarakhand and jungle cuts down. Other state people will also not get fresh air.

How Uttarakhand be a better place for its own people

As we all know, people of Uttarakhand are leaving their homes and villages because of poor connectivity, education and less job opportunity. Its own people are living their homes and setteling in other states. But other state people are coming to Uttarakhand are living better lifes.

The problem is Uttarakhand government is actually not focusing on actual local peoples of Uttarakhand and setteling outsiders in Uttarakhand. giving outsiders full facility which local people are demanding since Independance.

Uttarakhand government is only doing it for vote bank. But they don't know the bad results which will come in future. Even some of the bad results are witnessed by the local people daily. Crime is boosting in Uttarakhand. Once A peaceful state is becoming worse day by day.

Uttarakhand Government need to apply Land Ordinance(Bhu Adhyadesh) in Uttarakhand. Neighbouring state Himachal have land ordinance and we can see how prospour and happy Himachal people are. It is because they have land ordinance and government focus on its local people.

Uttarakhand also need this as faster as it can be otherwise "Devbhoomi" will not be Devbhoomi in coming future.

Reason Behind Unnatural growth of Muslim Population in Uttarakhand

We all know Uttarakhand is one of the most famous and important place for Hindus. But from last 10 year muslimpopulation of Uttarakhand is growing unnaturally. Uttarakhand is a state made up of two kingdoms, one is Garhwal kingdom and other is Kumaon Kingdom. Both the kingdoms were independent at the time of Mughal rule. Mughals and any other muslim invader never ruled Uttarakhand.
Even after the independance of India, muslim population was very less here. When Uttarakhand became a state in year 2000. The muslim population was 6% of the population. But today it is more than 17% which is completely unnatural and a red alert for Uttarakhand.
There are many reasons behind the muslim population growth in Uttarakhand. Some of the reasons are given below.
1. The districts of Uttarpradesh bordering with Uttarakhand have large number of Muslim population.
2. Politicians of Uttarakhand are using muslims for their vote bank and setteling outsider muslims into Uttarakhand.
3. Bangladeshi and Rohingya Migrants. These people first make some huts in cities and jungles of Uttarakhand and after some time Govt. gave them permanent home in Uttarakhand. Even they are giving lands to these people.
